CHENGFENG MOULDING&PLASTIC CO.,LTD. founded in 1991,is situated at lishui Town, Nanhai district,Fo shan city with good advantage of cunveenient transportation. The area is more than 65.000 square meters and there are about 1500 employes up today. It deals specially with large-scale plastic mould manufacture, such as air conditioner, computer, auto, stereophony,motor etc., and injecting processing of plastic unit. It now becomes one of the large-scale plastic mould manufacture and plastic product injecting processing corporation. The major equipments include：90 sets automatic injector machines with 80T-1300T range; 15 sets CNC; 12 sets EDM; 8 sets wire cut machines; 200T mould fitting machine. Further more, more than 50 sets inspection equipments that contains, CLY one-armthree-dimensional-machine, tool master machine ect. On the field of design, manufacturing and quality control, we are outvie than other colleague.With the implement of product 3D design, 3D mould spilt; CNC milling, the productivity was improved and the lead-time also have been shorten significantly. We also keep good relationship between with Mitsubishi,Panasonic Midie,TCL,Chigo,Kelon etc. big companies for a lone time. In the mean time, some high potential technical people are be training & grown up. For the time being, we can worked close with large conditionerenterprises and develop more than 50 sets air conditioner plastic parts and approximately 30 sets air conditioner plastic parts by us. . .
